What Are We to Do?

Election season is in full swing.  Conservatives, Libertarians, Constitutionalists, and others are faced with the same problem that repeats itself every two years; who do we get behind?  No, we do not "lead from behind."  We seek an answer to the pesky question, "who best represents us?"  Or, at this point, does anyone represent us?

This question has become more disconcerting, as few people of "far right" persuasion seem to exist in politics.  We are, most recently, faced with Democrats, Liberals, and Democrat-light. To me, far right would be simply someone who actually believes in smaller government.  Name one person who represents this right now.  Can you name this person?

One struggles to find them in politics.  Gone are the days of self-reliance and other values that represent the right.  And, this is obvious when examining today's politicians.  To them, it is all about the power, regardless of supposed political persuasion.

Yet, we the people find ourselves fighting among ourselves.  Repeatedly, it can be seen within social media and in coffee shops across America.  The Right is rightfully angry and we don't know what to do.  Do we coalesce around a third party?  Do we continue to be called racists, bigots, and whatever name to keep with the Tea Party?  Or, do we refuse to vote or write "we the people" on every ballot across America?
For one thing, we need to start looking at who is currently on the most conservative lists. We need these people in office, while bringing other Conservatives/Libertarians/Constitutionalists in to assist.  The National Journal publishes a list of the most Conservative voting records from the past year. Above, are the most Conservative Senators currently in office.  Some are surprises, yet most are not. The compiled list of House members is just as impressive.  Most of these people are respectable and need our support.  Some, like Mitch McConnell are more interested in politics than working for the people.

On the good side of things, the 15 Most Liberal Senators are vulnerable.  Senators like Minnesota's Al Franken have left themselves exposed due to their unwavering following of the President.

Overall, the problem is apparent; we are all lost and trying to lead each other in different directions.  Since we lack a true "far right" leader, we are stuck with trying to lead from below.  This is not going to work and we must work towards installing strong leadership.  Who is this unknown person or group?
